PAYMENT & FINANCING OPTIONS
As with most clinics, payment is due as services are rendered. To facilitate the best care possible, PDC offers a range of payment options.

DIRECT PATIENT PAYMENT
We accept payment by cash, check or any major credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Discover/AmericanExpress). 

FINANCING
All PDC clinics offer 3, 6 and 12 month interest-free financing for patients holding the Citi Health Card. Click HERE to learn more and apply today.

INSURANCE
PDC accepts a wide range of insurance carriers. Please confirm your insurance coverage with the receptionist when you make your appointment. You can also check our LIST OF INSURANCE carriers on our website’s INSURANCE page.

INSURANCE PAYMENT POLICY
Insurance is a contract between you and your insurance carrier.  We are NOT
party to this contract, nor can we become involved in disputes between you and your insurance carrier regarding deductibles, covered charges or  "usual and customary" fees.  Our involvement will be limited to supplying factual information to facilitate claims processing for your account.

If your insurance carrier has not made payment to your account within 45 days, we ask that you make payment to our office for the outstanding balance and contact your insurance carrier independently.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No-shows and last minute cancellations increase the expense of dental care tremendously.  Cancellations or appointment changes with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a non-refundable reservation fee prior to re-appointment.
